What we collect

Harthwyn may store profile details, relationship information, event details, shared media, reactions, support messages, Family Honors information, and approved family visual settings needed to run the family space.

When enabled, Harthwyn may also record login activity such as name, email on file, sign-in time, device type, and approximate location or timezone signals used for safer account activity and family rhythm controls.

If Portrait Studio is active, uploaded reference photos, family portraits, pet portraits, drafts, helper assignments, and approved slideshow or official family image settings may also be stored for portrait creation and publishing.

Harthwyn may also keep family-safe moderation records for blocked Studio requests, warning counts, and leader/admin notification events when repeated or serious misuse is detected.

Why we collect it

We use information to help families stay connected, manage access, display the right content, support day-to-day family experiences, and keep login activity safer and easier to understand inside Harthwyn.

We may also use approved portrait, avatar, slideshow, helper, and honors information to personalize the welcome experience, profiles, newsletters, and other family-facing areas when those features are enabled.

👀

Who can see it

Visibility depends on family roles, permissions, and page settings. Some content is private, some is shared with selected family members, and some is managed by administrators.

Portrait Studio drafts, uploaded reference photos, helper access, and official family visuals should follow role-based approval and visibility rules so families can choose what becomes shared and what stays private.

🛡️

How we protect it

We continue improving access controls, permissions, page protections, content visibility, helper permissions, and moderation paths to help keep family information safer and more dependable.
